Jonathan Hetler began his career in the restaurant business at the age of 17 working for McAllister’s Deli as a dish boy and spud maker while attending college at the University of Louisville. During the Winter Break he was asked to become a Shift Manager. At the age of 18 he was promoted to Service Manager.
In September of 2005, Jonathan began his career with Arby’s Restaurant Group in Louisville, Kentucky as an Assistant Manager. He helped remodel the store and become a Certified Training Restaurant. Jonathan became a General Manager at age 19.
In July of 2007, Jonathan left ARG to be a part of AES Restaurant Group. Jonathan became AES Group’s turnaround expert, successfully transitioning several restaurants and markets to the AES culture of excellence.
In May of 2011, Jonathan was promoted to a Certified Training Manager and helped develop several Managers.
In September of 2013, Jonathan was promoted to Area Supervisor of five Arby’s units in Indiana where he was awarded a Leadership Award for his help in Georgia.
In May of 2015, Jonathan transferred to Georgia where he continued his service as an Area Supervisor and helped remodel 6 of the 7 stores. He was awarded Area Supervisor of the Year!
In February of 2018, Jonathan was transferred to Ohio and helped with the acquisition of the 29 stores in Dayton Ohio.
In December of 2018, Jonathan was promoted to Director of Operations overseeing the Legacy stores in Indiana and Georgia.
